Commissions

Terms and Conditions

By commissioning me you acknowledge and agree to all of the below unless exceptions have been agreed upon in private conversation during the commission process. (exceptions or elaboration to any terms will be added in brackets)

I retain any right to the work and can post it online on my various social media or other sites.

You may not resell my artwork, use it commercially or for promotion of a commercial project, including use as nft, unless we have discussed and agreed on this usage.

If commercial use has been agreed on, the rights to use the design commercial will transfer to the client upon receipt of the full payment for both the work and the commercial rights.

Finished work will be sent in .png format, layered or .psd files will not be given.

I will not start a commission until payment is received, a minimum of half payment is required for any project over $50 and commissions under $50 must be paid in full before I can start. Should the halfway point of the project be reached before the second half of the payment is received, The project will be paused and continued upon receipt of the second half of the payment.

Full size un-watermarked files will only be sent after receiving the full payment. Only watermarked screencaps will be sent for approval before full payment is received.

Changes may not be made to the concept after it is agreed upon and full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed upon. If changes are requested before full payment is received you will be charged appropriately for additional changes.

You cannot cancel a commission after you have payed me as I often start straight away after receiving payment

If you are not satisfied with the piece I will not give refunds or redo the piece, however if i have missed minor details that have already been agreed upon, and you would like me to add them in, if possible without ruining the piece I will add them in.

Should there be any reason I cannot finish a piece, I will offer you the work that i have done for the price it would amount to with a refund for the remainder of the cost of work not completed.

Adoptables Terms and Conditions

After buying or receiving an OC the character rights are yours, this means you are free to use or change the designs however you wish, just don’t draw on top of the original art. However, if you want to put a filter over it or color correct, you’re welcome to.

Unless otherwise specified the artwork I have produced of said character still belongs to me, (this allows me to use it as example art on my website primarily and is essentially fanart) however you may post the original design piece wherever you want as long as you credit me.

Other than art I have produced of the character, you do not need to credit me for any new art of the OC but you are more than welcome too as I would love to see it <3

process

I must receive payment (as stated in my terms and conditions) and necessary references before I can start work on a commission.

I cannot send the finished piece until full payment has been received.

I will not request payment until i am about ready to start work on your commission.

I will send progress shots for approval at these set stages (for full colour image)
